Purpose\nThe Business Development Specialist will drive C-Pay’s growth across the education sector by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with prospective customers, and education providers, and other relevant stakeholders.\nGenerate qualified leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, events, and market research.\nPresent C-Pay’s solutions and value proposition to prospective customers.\nManage opportunities throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement through negotiation and closing.\nMaintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline and provide regular updates on progress.\nPrepare proposals and support commercial negotiations.\nMonitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other internal teams to support growth initiatives.\nAchieve assigned business development and revenue targets.\nQualifications & Experience\n3-5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.\nExperience in EdTech, FinTech, payments, SaaS, or technology solutions is preferred.\nGood understanding of the education sector and B2B sales environment.\nProven experience in lead generation, pipeline development, and closing opportunities.\nStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nResults-driven with the ability to work against measurable targets.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.\nFluency in Arabic and
