The successful candidate should be hands-on and execution-focused, with the ability to source both direct digital partners and aggregators, activate and maintain partner offers, and support the continuous growth and quality of the C-Inspire rewards and offers catalogue.\nKey Responsibilities\nResearch and identify potential partners aligned with C-Inspire’s growth priorities.\nIdentify and engage direct digital partners, merchant networks, aggregators, loyalty platforms, and strategic ecosystem partners.\nSource and onboard digital gift card and voucher providers.\nIdentify partnership opportunities with open-loop wallet players and digital payment ecosystems.\nSupport the expansion of C-Inspire’s loyalty, rewards, and gamification ecosystem.\nBuild and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective partners and track progress, actions, and outcomes.\nConduct initial outreach, qualification, and follow-up with prospective partners.\nSupport the preparation of partnership proposals, presentations, business cases, and meeting materials.\nCoordinate partner meetings and ensure timely follow-up on agreed actions.\nSupport partner onboarding and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with active partners.\nCoordinate the activation, update, maintenance, and expiry management of partner offers, vouchers, and rewards.\nEnsure partner offers are accurate, active, relevant, and commercially attractive.\nFollow up with partners to refresh expired or underperforming offers and maintain a strong offers catalogue.\nTrack partner onboarding, activation status, offer availability, and partnership performance.\nWork cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to support partnership initiatives.\nMaintain accurate partnership records, documentation, and regular activity reports.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in Partnerships, Business Development, Account Management, Merchant Acquisition, Loyalty, Rewards, or a similar commercial role.\nGood understanding of loyalty and rewards programs, gamification, digital gift cards, vouchers, and digital offers.\nExperience dealing with direct partners and/or aggregators.\nStrong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and offers simultaneously.\nFluency in Arabic and strong professional English.\nPreferred Profile\nExperience in loyalty, rewards, gamification, merchant acquisition, digital gift cards, vouchers, FinTech, marketplaces, or digital platforms.\nExposure to direct merchant partnerships, aggregators, voucher providers, loyalty networks, or wallet ecosystems.\nExperience supporting partner onboarding, offer activation, or catalogue management is highly preferred.\nCommercial mindset with a proactive, hands-on, and execution-focused
