and reorder parts and supplies as needed.\nCollaborate with departments to identify parts and supply requirements.\nReceive incoming shipments and verify order accuracy.\nInspect parts and materials for quality and condition upon request.\nImplement and maintain effective storage and labeling systems for efficient inventory retrieval.\nCoordinate shipping, delivery, and warehouse logistics.\nMaintain accurate parts tracking and inventory documentation.\nWork with management to identify cost-saving opportunities within parts and warehouse operations.\nHelp maintain an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment.\nRequirements\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.\nProven experience as a Parts and Warehouse Coordinator or in a similar inventory management role.\nKnowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and parts coordination.\nProficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.\nExcellent attention to detail and accuracy when tracking parts and maintaining documentation.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nEffective communication and
