What you'll do:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities BOQs and cost estimates
- Take site measurements and track material usage
- Prepare quotations and process subcontractor payments
- Monitor project costs and track variations
- Ensure projects stay within approved budgets
- Liaise with suppliers, site teams, and clients
- Read and interpret architectural and technical drawings
What we're looking for:
- Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction projects
- Experience in interior fit-out, joinery, or finishing works — strong advantage
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to read technical and architectural drawings
- Honesty, organisation, and the ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
