This role is responsible for the ongoing management, configuration, optimization, and support of all platforms in the portfolio and owns the integrations, vendor relationships, and technology governance that keep these systems reliable and aligned with organizational goals.\nThis position requires a unique combination of technical depth, construction or field-service industry knowledge, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with the specific application stack below, is comfortable leading end-user training programs, managing vendor contracts, and driving cross-functional technology initiatives - and provides mentorship and technical direction to junior and intermediate staff.\nTasks & Responsibilities:\nApplication Management & Administration\nServe as the system administrator and functional owner for all applications in the portfolio, maintaining configurations, user permissions, integrations, and workflows.\nMonitor application health, availability, and performance; proactively identify and resolve system issues before they impact business operations.\nManage application upgrades, patches, and version releases in coordination with vendors and IT leadership, ensuring thorough testing prior to deployment.\nMaintain data integrity across systems, supporting audit readiness and accurate cross-platform reporting.\nBusiness Analysis & Process Optimization\nPartner with department stakeholders to understand current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and translate business requirements into system configurations or enhancement requests.\nAnalyze gaps between business needs and existing system functionality; recommend and implement configuration changes, custom workflows, or integration solutions.\nDocument business processes, system configurations, data flows, and integration maps to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.\nLead or participate in technology-driven process improvement initiatives with a focus on automation and elimination of manual work.\nIntegration & Data Management\nDesign, configure, and monitor integrations between portfolio applications (e.g., Acumatica-Procore, Jonas-Sage, ServiceTrade-QuickBooks) to ensure seamless data flow.\nTroubleshoot integration failures, data sync errors, and API-related issues; work with vendors or internal developers on resolution.\nDevelop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to extend and enhance the capabilities of core business applications.\nEstablish and enforce data governance standards, including naming conventions, field validation rules, and master data management practices.\nUser Support & Training\nProvide Tier 2/3 application support, resolving escalated user issues related to functionality, configuration, and data accuracy across all systems.\nDevelop and deliver end-user training programs, onboarding materials, and quick-reference guides tailored to each application and user role.\nAct as an internal consultant to department managers on best practices for leveraging application features to improve operational efficiency.\nMaintain a ticketing and support log; track issue patterns and proactively address recurring problems through system fixes or user education.\nVendor & License Management\nManage vendor relationships for all portfolio applications, including renewals, support escalations, roadmap reviews, and contract compliance.\nEvaluate and recommend application add-ons, third-party integrations, or new modules that align with organizational growth and technology strategy.\nAdminister user license inventory across all platforms, optimizing costs while ensuring appropriate access levels.\nProject Leadership & Governance\nLead or co-lead application implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live support, and post-implementation review.\nDevelop project plans, communicate timelines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver technology initiatives on schedule.\nMaintain compliance with internal IT policies, change management protocols, and applicable data security requirements.\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate IT staff and business-side power users.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n5+ years of experience in an application analyst, systems analyst, or ERP administrator role, with direct hands-on experience in at least three of the portfolio applications.\nDemonstrated experience managing integrations between multiple enterprise applications and troubleshooting API and data sync issues.\nProficiency with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps (Canvas or Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.\nStrong working knowledge of construction or field-service industry workflows, including job costing, project management, service dispatch, and financial management.\nExperience leading end-user training and developing instructional materials for non-technical audiences.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to diagnose complex system issues and deliver timely resolutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in specialty contracting, construction, HVAC, mechanical, or fire protection industries.\nAcumatica Certification (Acumatica Certified User or Administrator) is highly desired.\nProcore Certification or demonstrated experience configuring Procore modules (Project Management, Financials, Field Productivity).\nFamiliarity with SQL for ad hoc reporting and data validation across ERP systems.\nExperience with project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK) and change management practices.\nMicrosoft PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals) or PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) certification.\nWe thank all applicants who apply, but only those candidates who meet the above qualifications will be contacted for an interview.\nSalary placement within the stated range is determined by evaluating the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, along with internal equity and prevailing market conditions.
