You will own and manage complex quantum applications and IT projects, ensuring that all contractually binding deliverables are completed on time, within scope, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Working at the intersection of advanced quantum technology, enterprise IT, and customer delivery, you will oversee projects from initial planning through implementation, acceptance, and deployment.\nThis role requires strong project management capabilities, including proficiency with project planning and tracking tools, Gantt charts, milestone management, risk registers, resource planning, and status reporting. You will establish clear project governance, maintain detailed delivery plans, identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and ensure accountability across all workstreams.\nYou will coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including the Country Manager, local and regional technical teams, product and R&D teams, the internal project management team in Tel Aviv, partners, and customers in South Korea. You will serve as the central point of ownership for project execution, ensuring effective communication, timely escalation, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery of all contractual commitments.\nWhat you'll do\nProject Planning & Execution \nDefine goals, deliverables, milestones, and schedules of multiple projects. \nOwn full project lifecycle: scope management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.\nStakeholder Engagement \nProvide regular updates, reporting, and technical demos to leadership, partners, and customers.\nRepresent Classiq at industry events, workshops, and academic venues, presenting the work done on these projects.\nContinuous Improvement \nMonitor project KPIs (schedule, deliverable quality, stakeholder engagement). \nIntegrate emerging methodologies in project management, application development, and quantum software development.\nWho you are\nNative-level Korean and professional fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with both local customers and global teams.\nBachelor’s (or advanced) degree in Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or similar.\n3+ years of project/program management experience in high-tech or deep-tech environments.\nSolid understanding of quantum computing, or high motivation and capability to learn quantum computing algorithms.\nExperience working with research or software teams, public/private partnerships.\nExcellent communication: translating complex technical matters for diverse stakeholders.\nBonus Points\nMSc or PhD in Quantum Computing or related disciplines.\nCertifications: PMP or similar.\nExperience with implementing Lean Six Sigma or similar principles for software development
