share best practices openly.\nRaise code quality: testing strategy (unit/integration), type hints, static analysis, docs, and automation.\nImprove developer experience: faster CI/CD, better build and test tooling, reliable local dev environments, reproducible setups.\nWork with product, infra, and compiler teams to deliver features that meet reliability, latency, and scale goals.\nContinuously reduce toil: improve observability, simplify workflows, and adopt tools that make engineers more effective.\nLeverage AI/LLM tooling to empower developers and streamline engineering processes with measurable impact on cycle time, flakiness, and onboarding.\nWho You Are\nExtensive hands-on Python development in production systems.\nStrong system design and scalable architecture experience.\nExperience leading technical projects and guiding teams through design, implementation, and rollout.\nProven mentoring and clear communication in code and design reviews.\nA habit of engineering excellence: testing, pre-commit hooks, documentation, and CI/CD.\nComfort with modern workflows: Git, GitHub actions, and agile practices.\nHands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to developer workflows and processes and integrating them safely into systems.\nB.Sc. in Computer Science/Engineering or related field.\nBonus Points\n Cloud and DevOps experience (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes);
