You will manage the agency’s largest and most complex e-commerce projects, drive revenue growth, and help develop the agency’s project management capabilities.\nYour communication skills will be vital in maintaining regular contact with clients, helping them develop their project roadmaps, and providing strategic guidance. You are not alone.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and drive project timelines and schedules based on contract deliverables, statements of work, and client requirements, adjusting proactively as risks, dependencies, and change orders arise\nDevelop and implement project management best practices, processes, and standards across the agency\nDefine and manage project scope, budget, and resource plans for the agency’s largest and most complex e-commerce engagements\nLead cross-functional project teams, coordinating people, vendors, and resources to keep engagements on schedule and on budget\nMonitor project progress against timelines and budget, and communicate status updates to stakeholders on a regular cadence\nIdentify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle\nManage scope and change control, making sure change orders are documented and reflected in the project timeline and budget\nEnsure project deliverables meet client requirements and quality standards before handoff\nDrive revenue growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services\nDevelop and mentor project management staff, including coaching junior project managers\nPrepare and present project status reports, timelines, and budgets to clients and agency leadership\nRequired Skills, Abilities and Characteristics\nTechnical Skills\n5+ years of project management experience in a digital or e-commerce agency\nProven ability to build and manage project timelines against contract deliverables and statements of work\nProficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project)\nExperience managing project budgets, scope, and change control\nBachelor’s degree in business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience\nSoft Skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication\nStrong planning, organizational, and time management skills\nStrong stakeholder management and client relationship skills\nSound judgment and problem-solving under pressure\nNice to Haves\nScrum Master or other Agile certification\nPMP or CAPM certification\nExperience in B2B, industrial, manufacturing, or
