We're seeking an experienced Operations leader to take end to end responsibility for our Operations organisation, build scalable ways of working, and ensure we can turn growing customer commitments into predictable, high quality deliveries.\nAs Chief Operating Officer, you will lead and develop Clavister’s Operations organisation, overseeing the entire flow from customer order through procurement, production and complex delivery programs to final delivery. Your mission is to build a scalable, predictable and high performing Operations organisation that enables Clavister to grow while maintaining control of quality, cost, working capital and customer commitments.\nYou will lead Order Management, Procurement, Production, Program Office and Logistics and Delivery, bringing these areas together into a strong operational whole. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a member of the Management Team, working closely with leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Technology and Finance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and develop Clavister’s Operations organisation and its people\n\nCreate an effective operational flow from customer order to delivery\n\nTurn customer commitments and forecasts into realistic capacity, procurement, production and delivery plans\n\nBuild scalable processes, systems and ways of working to support growth\n\nImprove delivery predictability, efficiency, quality and working capital management\n\nDevelop our approach to procurement, supply chain, production and logistics\n\nLead complex customer delivery programs and manage operational risks and dependencies\n\nWork cross functionally to turn commercial commitments into successful deliveries\n\nBuild the capabilities and leadership needed for the Operations organisation of the future\n\nUse data, automation and AI to drive continuous improvement\n\nWhat success looks like in this role\nA clear and effective operational flow from order to delivery\n\nMore predictable deliveries and fewer operational surprises\n\nStronger planning across customer demand, procurement, production and delivery\n\nImproved control of inventory, working capital, cost and operational risk\n\nScalable ways of working that enable increased delivery volumes without corresponding increases in complexity\n\nA strong Operations organisation with clear accountability, capable leaders and engaged teams\n\nThe leader we are looking for\nTrust is our foundation.
