This role requires strong technical accounting expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.\nWhat You’ll Do\nOwn and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting\n\nPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules\n\nManage revenue recognition in accordance with GAAP, including project-based and multi-period engagements\n\nDrive finance system implementations and automation of process workflow\n\nOversee accounts payable, accruals, prepaid expenses, and fixed assets\n\nAssist with cash flow management and forecasting\n\nPrepare financial statements and internal management reports\n\nSupport annual audits, tax filings, and coordination with external auditors and advisors\n\nMaintain and enhance accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls\n\nPartner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses\n\nIdentify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability\n\nWhat You'll Bring\nCPA required and knowledge of US GAAP, specifically ASC 606.\n\nExperience in Big 4 public accounting and high-growth tech startup.\n\nAbility to bridge finance and GTM operations, working
