This role is a great fit for a PM who enjoys working closely with development teams and is comfortable getting into the technical side of a project - without being a hands-on developer. We’re looking for someone who can understand technical context, ask the right questions, and help both clients and internal teams move projects forward efficiently.\nYou’ll be a client-facing project manager first, but your technical background or close experience working with development teams will help you independently filter information, identify what matters, ask relevant follow-up questions, and communicate technical topics clearly between clients and our developers.\nWhat your day-to-day will look like:\nLead client communication and act as a trusted point of contact throughout the project;\nClarify client needs, requirements, and expectations;\nWork closely with development teams to understand technical requirements, risks, and implementation approaches;\nTranslate technical information between clients and internal teams;\nProactively identify issues, dependencies, and gaps in requirements;\nCollaborate closely with PM, UI/UX, design, and development teams to keep projects moving forward.\nRequirements\nYou are a perfect fit if you:\nHave 3-5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency, product, or web development environment;\nHave a strong technical background or significant experience working closely with development teams, with a strong focus on website projects;\nUnderstand web and product development processes and can comfortably discuss technical topics with developers and clients;\nHave strong problem-solving and proactive decision-making skills, with a get-it-done mindset;\nCan provide clear guidance and accurate recommendations on project execution, planning, and scope;\nAre comfortable working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other common project management methodologies;\nHave excellent client communication skills and are comfortable leading client discussions, reviews, and workshops;\nCan translate complex technical information into clear, understandable communication for non-technical stakeholders;\nAre highly organized and able to coordinate multiple projects and priorities at the same time;\nCan work effectively in a remote, distributed environment with colleagues and clients across different time zones;\nAre located within a reasonable maximum 3-hour time difference from the Central European Time Zone;\nHave Russian language proficiency;\nAre fluent in English, both spoken and written.\nYou don't need to be a developer. We’re not looking for someone who wants to work hands-on with code.
