Adheres to all plant and OSHA safety policies and regulations.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nNone.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\n5+ Years prior experience as an injection molding technician performing troubleshooting and repair of injection molding machines and plastic processing equipment\nMaintenance experience with injection molding machines, molding robots, plastic processing equipment, and IMM operation\nKnowledge and understanding of injection molding process\nMaintenance experience with hydraulic systems\nExperience with high and low voltage machine control system diagnostics and repair\nKnowledge of blueprints and schematics to troubleshoot electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems\nAbility to troubleshoot problems systematically\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nDedicated team player with a positive attitude\nOther duties as assigned\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nTroubleshoots and repairs plastic injection molding machines and robots, including conducting tests and inspections on all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.\nPerforms safety checks on equipment.\nCapable of diagnosing problems with machine control systems and develop an organized approach to solving machine problems and repairs/replaces parts as required.\nCommunicates on an ongoing basis with supervisor, other departments, and maintenance department technicians to obtain answers to problems encountered with equipment.\nTroubleshoots and repairs plastic injection molding machines and robots, including conducting tests and inspections on all mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical components.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh School Diploma or GED Required\nIndustrial Maintenance Training/degree is a +\nPhysical Requirements:\nMust be able to stand entire shift (8+ hrs.).\nAbility to lift up to 50lbs.\nRequires manual dexterity.\nModerate physical demand involving lifting and moving of materials and equipment.\nFrequently moves from waist level to floor level.\n7:00 AM- 3:30 PM Monday -
