Your goal is not only to support investigations and technical analysis, but also to demonstrate and clearly communicate the value of our platform through tangible outcomes and insights. You’ll collaborate daily with the head of the client’s fraud prevention team, and with Cleafy Operations and backend teams, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring that Cleafy’s value is fully understood, visible, and appreciated across their organization.\nThis role also involves proactively identifying emerging needs, facilitating internal escalations, and helping Cleafy stay ahead of the curve with regard to customer requirements and potential business opportunities.\nWhile primarily dedicated to this client, the role may also include working on Cleafy initiatives beyond the scope of the assigned client.\nMAIN RESPONSIBILITIES\nAct as the resident Cleafy expert within the client’s fraud prevention team\nInvestigate fraud events and extract valuable insights using the Cleafy platform\nHelp demonstrate and showcase the value of the Cleafy platform through concrete use cases\nMaintain an ongoing and trusted relationship with the client’s fraud prevention lead\nAct as a bridge between the client and Cleafy, facilitating communication and collaboration\nIdentify evolving client needs and usage patterns, and share them with Cleafy’s Customer Success, Sales and Product teams to shape the roadmap and future engagement\nProvide continuous support and guidance to the client’s fraud analysts and investigators\nParticipate in incident response, enabling faster fraud detection and decision-making\nBe an ambassador of Cleafy’s innovation, ensuring the platform’s strengths are understood and visible across the client’s teams\nRequirements\nMust-have\nStrong background in fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or digital banking\nHands-on analytical skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset\nExcellent communication skills: able to demonstrate Cleafy's value through tangible outcomes and insights, and to anticipate emerging client needs and business opportunities\nExperience working with fraud prevention tools, platforms, or monitoring systems\nAbility to identify and clearly communicate value to both operational and leadership stakeholders\nAbility to translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations\nBusiness acumen and advisory mindset: able to understand the client's business and fraud risk priorities, and to act as a trusted advisor to fraud and security leadership\nAbility to work autonomously while maintaining strong alignment with Cleafy’s internal teams\nNative or fluent Spanish and professional working proficiency in English\nNice-to-have\nPrevious experience in banks, fintechs, or fraud/cybersecurity solution vendors\nFamiliarity with Cleafy or with XDR and SOAR platforms\nExperience in customer success, fraud operations, technical consulting, or solution engineering\nPrior involvement in strategic client engagements or embedded roles\nKnowledge of the Mexican financial ecosystem (e.g. SPEI, CNBV regulatory context)\nCleafy is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any kind.
