Quote Execution & Quality

  • Create and manage quotes in accordance with business requirements, pricing guidelines and standard operating procedures.
  • Review quote requests for completeness, accuracy and compliance before processing.
  • Analyze customer requirements and available data to determine the most appropriate quoting approach.
  • Ensure adherence to productivity, quality, turnaround time (TAT) and service-level expectations.

Ownership & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Own assigned requests from intake through completion, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Pricing and other internal stakeholders to resolve quote-related queries

and obtain required information.

  • Identify process gaps, data discrepancies and potential risks, escalating proactively when required.

Systems, Continuous Improvement & Compliance

  • Use business systems and tools effectively to support operational requirements and maintain data integrity.
  • Participate in process improvement, automation and standardization initiatives that enhance efficiency and customer

experience.

  • Support knowledge-sharing, cross-training and team collaboration to strengthen operational continuity.
  • Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements and safety standards.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to interpret business requirements and make data-driven

decisions.

  • Demonstrates accountability, ownership and close attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
  • Comfortable learning new technologies, systems and process workflows.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, willing to challenge inefficiencies and drive positive change.
  • Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree from a recognized institution; Bachelor’s / Master’s in Chemistry or an Environmental

discipline preferred.

  • Working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce, CRM platforms or similar business applications preferred.
