Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.\nWhy work for HPC-Industrial?\nHealth and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!\n\nCompetitive wages\n\nComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment\n\nGroup 401K with company matching component\n\nOwn part of the company with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan\n\nOpportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career\n\nGenerous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement\n\nPositive and safe work environments\n\n Act as safety representative responsible for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer, including hands-on information regarding operations, safety, equipment, emergency response and administrative functions;\n\nHands-on operation, when required, of manual and automated hydroblasting equipment;\n\nOperation of special equipment, such as Ultra High Pressure pumps;\n\nOperate equipment by energizing the pumping equipment and/or any specialized hydroblasting and/or chemical cleaning equipment, vacuum trucks and cutting equipment being used on the job;\n\nMay be required to examine surface cleaned to ensure conformance to company and customer specifications;\n\nPerform routine maintenance on company equipment being used on the job;\n\nPerform any and all duties associated with liquid vacs, air machines and jet rodders;\n\nDirect a crew of vacuum technicians;\n\nTransport equipment and personnel to and from customer locations;\n\nCompletes pre and post trip inspections, driver’s logs and complies with all other vehicle policy and DOT requirements;\n\nLoading and unloading hoses;\n\nUnload vacuum truck at the dump site;\n\nProvide general maintenance in the field;\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned.\n\n Execute a 180-degree rotary motion of the cervical spine in order to allow complete movement of the head and neck;\n\nMust be able to hold and operate with both hands a double trigger hydroblast shotgun and other hydroblast equipment;\n\nClimb ladders and work from scaffolding and stationary platforms up to heights of 200 feet;\n\nTolerate and function in confined spaces of a minimum of five (5) foot inside diameter;\n\nHold the back thrust of 50lbs. on a straight 66” pipe for a minimum of one (1) hour;\n\nMust be physically capable of using both negative pressure and air supplied respirators;\n\nDuties include driving heavy equipment for long periods;\n\nMust be able to wear protective clothing and/or equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, nomex coveralls, a back belt, slickers, rubber boots, a fresh air breathing mask and escape pack, and a hard hat;\n\nWork under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95+degree Fahrenheit, 98% humidity; and sub-zero weather conditions) relative to geographic location;\n\nExposure to dust (chemical and environmental), fumes (chemical and fluids), exhaust and highly pressurized fluids. (A respirator will be provided when required.);\n\nNoise levels exceed 85 dBA (hearing protection is provided and required).\n\nWhat does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?\nSpecific vocational preparation including classroom safety training, on-the-job training and essential experience gained on other jobs;\n\nLanguage proficiency: understand English at a level to comprehend safety training and respond to instructions in emergency situations;\n\nValid driver’s license, CDL Class A or B and other requirements of company’s driving policy required when driving company vehicle or using personal vehicle on company business; Must be knowledgeable in the operation of emergency equipment, such as fire extinguishers;\n\nExperience operating a vacuum truck.
