Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding;\nAssists with the facilities inspections;\nUses pc and/or Tablet for supporting systems, email, etc;\nAssist with process and procedure training;\nMonitoring receiving of all maintenance related purchasing orders, and compliance schedules for the maintenance department;\nAssist in the schedule of daily or weekly maintenance activity; \nMaintain planned systems backlog according to facility guidelines and utilize backlog to schedule daily and weekly work list;\nParticipate in process meetings with multiple departmental Supervisors, Managers, and Planners to review upcoming requests, weekly scheduling, inventory, and systems planning;\nSupports systems by working with facility assets management software that is critical for the department to sustain traceability of maintenance operations;\nOther duties as assigned;\n High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required;\nPost-secondary education is considered an asset;\nBasic financial administration experience preferred, including invoicing, purchase orders, and general administrative support;\nStrong organizational and planning skills with the ability to anticipate needs, coordinate activities, and follow through on tasks;\nPositive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a variety of environments and collaborate with diverse teams;\nSelf-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision;\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;\nReceptive to feedback and able to follow direction effectively;\nProficient with technology and comfortable learning and using various software applications.\nSafety-Kleen Systems, a Clean Harbors company, has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
