This position plays an integral role in daily facility operations by maintaining accurate records, preparing shipping documentation, managing inventory information, and supporting the proper movement of materials.\nThe ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable working with computer systems, and willing to assist in multiple areas based on business needs.\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM; occasional weekend hours may be required.\nPay: Up to $28.00 per hour, depending on experience\nResponsibilities\nSupport plant receiving activities, drum staging, profile access, and document printing. \nEnter and maintain information in PowerSuite, WIN, local databases, and other facility records. \nPrepare and print outbound manifests and hazardous waste labels. \nOrganize and file plant documentation and truck-to-truck paperwork. \nMaintain trailer inventory records and update shared Outlook files. \nScan storage areas and ensure inventory information remains accurate. \nCreate TPO shipping documents for rejected materials. \nMonitor and maintain supplies within the assigned area. \nMaintain a clean and organized work area. \nWork collaboratively with facility employees to support daily operational needs. \nPerform additional duties as assigned based on business needs. \n Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required. \nZero to three years of related administrative, receiving, shipping, or facility support experience preferred. \nProficiency with Windows-based computer applications. \nStrong data-entry, organizational, and recordkeeping skills. \nAbility to work effectively in a team environment. \nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain attention to detail. \nAbility to communicate by telephone and through web-conferencing platforms. \nAbility to sit for approximately seven hours and walk or stand for approximately one hour during a typical shift. \nAbility to perform primarily sedentary work, including occasional walking, standing, and reaching. \nAbility to lift or carry up to 10 pounds occasionally. \nAbility to travel less than 10%.\nClean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.\nClean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs, and activities.
