Establishes performance targets for Operations Managers and site leaders and monitors results to ensure revenue, margin, and cost objectives are achieved.\nEnsures all locations operate in compliance with corporate policies and applicable regulatory requirements, including environmental, transportation, and safety regulations (RCRA, DOT, OSHA, and related standards). Works closely with Safety, Compliance, and Environmental teams to maintain required permits and operating standards.\nDirects the utilization of personnel, equipment, and resources across multiple locations to meet customer commitments and operational requirements. Coordinates with Logistics, Technical Services, Field Services, and other internal partners to optimize performance.\nOversees training and development of employees and managers to ensure required certifications, competencies, and leadership capabilities are maintained across the region.\nPrepares and reviews reports, forecasts, and operational updates for senior leadership. Analyzes trends, identifies risks and opportunities, and recommends actions to improve performance.\nEnsures all facilities maintain high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational readiness, and are prepared for internal and external audits, customer visits, and regulatory inspections.\nSupports business development and growth initiatives by maintaining relationships with key customers and identifying opportunities to expand services within the region.
