The InSite Coordinator is responsible for the cost-effective coordination and direction of in-plant personnel and on-site staged equipment to complete assigned service projects.\nWhy work for Clean Harbors?\nHealth and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!\nComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment.\nGroup RRSP with company matching component.\nCamp & Flights from Edmonton or Calgary provided.\nOpportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career.\nCompany paid training and tuition reimbursement.\nPositive and safe work environments.\n Ensure in-plant staged equipment (pick-ups, rack trucks, steamer trucks, vacuum trucks, vactor, roll-offs, pressure washers, etc.) is properly tracked for delivery to customer locations and billing purpose.\nWork closely with InSite Program Manager to direct in-plant equipment and/or personnel to meet customer needs.\nAct as office liaison for the in-plant service personnel on shift and communicate which projects to direct personnel or equipment to work on.\nHelp maintain a proper inventory of equipment and supplies for current workloads,\nInterface with the customer in a professional and effective manner to update them on equipment status.\nEnsure proper communication to the InSite Program Manager to confirm that contractual obligations are met to complete requested services, project progression status and change orders are completed and executed, prior to any additional work being performed; Ensure the customer acknowledges change order(s)\nOther duties assigned by management.\n Good time management skills\nKnowledge of Industrial Service equipment and supplies\nStrong communication (written/verbal) skills\nLeadership and/or supervisory experience\nOperations experience\nProficiency in Windows based applications\n40-years of sustainability in action.
