We are solving tough problems through innovation and proven methodology - come be part of the solution with us.\nWhy work for Clean Harbors?\nHealth and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5\n\nPay Range: $60,000 - $68,000 annually\n\nFocus on maintaining sustainability and protecting the environment\n\nComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment\n\n401(k) with Company match and Employee Stock Purchase Plan\n\nOpportunities for career growth and development at all stages\n\nCompany-paid training and tuition reimbursement\n\n Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of customer locations, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.\n\nManage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversight of Clean Harbors onsite employees supporting the customer’s air, water, and/or hazardous waste programs.\n\nEnsure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized to support productivity, service quality, and profitability.\n\nDevelop, monitor, and measure against operational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and cost control.\n\nEstablish and maintain processes to measure performance of all onsite personnel, setting clear expectations and improving performance levels over time.\n\nEnsure the infrastructure, tools, and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and perform well in their jobs.\n\nGuide the professional development of onsite personnel through coaching, training, and mentoring; support succession planning and talent growth within the InSite team.\n\nDevelop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures, including environmental, health and safety, and operational standards.\n\nProvide accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and data to upper management related to operations, KPIs, and financial performance.\n\nCollaborate with customer stakeholders and internal Clean Harbors leadership to address issues, implement new initiatives, and optimize program performance.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned to support overall InSite Program success\n\n Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).\n\n5+ years of experience in operations management, environmental services, or a related field.\n\nRequired training/certifications:\nRCRA training\n\nOSHA 24-hour HAZWOPER training\n\nDOT training\n\nTime management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.\n\nEffective verbal and written communication skills with both internal teams and customer contacts.\n\nBroad knowledge of managerial skills, selling skills, and equipment operations.\n\nBasic math skills and basic safety training skills.\n\nDemonstrated management/leadership experience, including supervising teams and driving performance.\n\nExperience working with profit and loss (P&L) statements and providing accurate, timely analysis and data to upper management.\n\nValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.\n\nAbout Clean Harbors InSite Programs\nClean Harbors’ InSite programs embed our environmental professionals directly at customer facilities, providing dedicated onsite expertise in:\nEnvironmental program and operations management\n\nHazardous and non-hazardous waste management\n\nAir, water, and waste compliance support\n\nHealth & Safety oversight and training\n\nClean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.\nClean Harbors is committed to providing access, equal opportunity and reasonable accommodation for individuals with disabilities in employment, its services, programs and activities.
