Ensures transportation efficiency and maintain compliance with storage permits. Dispatches transportation from hubs, maximizing our trailer weights. \nAssists on tracking of manifest return timelines. \nMaintains Hub Database Outlook - Hub Management.\nAssures proper DOT exemptions are utilized for proper transfer and management of TTT containers prior to departure from facility. \nReport and assist on any issues that may occur at the hub facility, such as: leaks, releases to the Health & Safety Manager or Compliance Manager immediately. \nMay be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.\n What does it take to work at Clean Harbors?\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required;\nMust be 18 years or older;\n1+ Years of related experience;\nAbility to operate a forklift is preferred (Not Required);\nStrong experience of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Team and Word);\nAbility to lift 50 or more pounds;\nClean Harbors has a commitment to excellence deeply rooted in a strong sense of tradition.
