Transitioning Military, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and training as you return to civilian life.\nWhy work for HPC-Industrial?\nHealth and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!\n\nCompetitive wages\n\nComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment\n\nGroup 401K with company matching component\n\nOwn part of Clean Harbors with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan (U.S. Only)\n\nGenerous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement\n\nPositive and safe work environments\n\nOpportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career\n\n Oversee waste management services at a customer site or group of customer locations, ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.\n\nManage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversight of Clean Harbors onsite employees supporting the customer’s air, water, and/or hazardous waste programs.\n\nEnsure utilization of all equipment and manpower is maximized to support productivity, service quality, and profitability.\n\nDevelop, monitor, and measure against operational and financial key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and cost control.\n\nEstablish and maintain processes to measure performance of all onsite personnel, setting clear expectations and improving performance levels over time.\n\nEnsure the infrastructure, tools, and employees are equipped to conduct business efficiently and perform well in their jobs.\n\nGuide the professional development of onsite personnel through coaching, training, and mentoring; support succession planning and talent growth within the InSite team.\n\nDevelop and ensure compliance with all company and customer policies and procedures, including environmental, health and safety, and operational standards.\n\nProvide accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and data to upper management related to operations, KPIs, and financial performance.\n\nCollaborate with customer stakeholders and internal Clean Harbors leadership to address issues, implement new initiatives, and optimize program performance.\n\nPerform other related duties as assigned to support overall InSite Program success.\n\nSkills and Experience:\nCoordinates and manages group activities and interactions with other divisions\n\nCoordinate scheduling of personnel and project assignments\n\nConducts and supervises staff meetings.\n\nApproves all accounts payable / accounts receivable for payment.\n\nReviews monthly PNL statements and all applicable discrepancies.\n\nPerforms revenue forecasting.\n\nQA/QC’s specialist work.\n\nOversees customer service responsibilities for office.\n\nEnforce or modify work procedures as needed to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.\n\nDirectly supervises employees including interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems in accordance with HPC Industrial’s HR policies, practices, and procedures.\n\nParticipates in developing, and reviews project proposal or plan, determining time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project\n\nBids and/or assists in the bidding of industrial services projects.\n\nAssists in the planning and scheduling of projects.\n\nReview status reports and modifies schedules or plans as required.\n\nPrepares reports for management, client, or others.\n\nConfers with personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.\n\nCoordinates project activities with government regulatory or other governmental agencies.\n\nEnsures customers receive cost effective services in accordance with contract provisions.\n\nResolves billing issues to customer and company satisfaction and ensures safe execution of all services provided in accordance with HPC Industrial safety policies, procedures, and practices.\n\nPrimary liaison between customer and HPC Industrial operations in resolving service issues\n\nCultivates quality relationships laterally and above primary contact to retain clients.\n\nSupports customers during the implementation of contracts and throughout the relationship; seeking customer feedback; taking responsibility for customer satisfaction and/or loyalty.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned\n\n What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial?\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.
