This role will work closely with business stakeholders, UX, engineering, QA, and technology teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliver high-quality mobile experiences.\nThe Product Owner will be expected to leverage AI tools and modern product-management practices to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, analysis, wireframing, testing, and overall product delivery.\nWhy work for Clean Harbors?\nHealth and Safety is our #1 priority and we live it 3-6-5!\n\nCompetitive wages\n\nComprehensive health benefits coverage after 30 days of full-time employment\n\nGroup 401K with company matching component\n\nOwn part of Clean Harbors with our Employee Stock Purchase Plan\n\nGenerous paid time off, company paid training and tuition reimbursement\nPositive and safe work environments\nOpportunities for growth and development for all the stages of your career\n\n Support the product roadmap, backlog, prioritization, and release planning for assigned mobile applications.\nWork with business stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and requirements and translate them into actionable product requirements.\nCreate clear user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional requirements for development teams.\nCreate low-fidelity wireframes and user flows to visualize business requirements and proposed mobile experiences using AI-assisted design tools.\nPartner with UX/UI designers to refine wireframes and ensure the final designs provide a simple, intuitive user experience.\nUse AI tools to quickly create and iterate on wireframes, user flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and product documentation.\nFacilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and other Agile ceremonies as needed.\nCoordinate with engineering and QA teams to track development progress, dependencies, risks, blockers, SIT, UAT, and release readiness.\nWork across Mobile, Oracle, TMS, UX, QA, and other technology teams to ensure requirements and dependencies are aligned.\nMaintain product information, roadmaps, features, and epics in tools such as Aha, Jira, and ServiceNow.\nSupport production issue reviews, prioritize business-impacting issues, and coordinate with technology teams toward resolution.\nGather user and business feedback and identify opportunities to improve mobile applications and processes.\nPrepare release communications, status updates, meeting summaries, and other product documentation using AI-assisted productivity tools.\nIdentify opportunities to use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive product-management activities and improve team efficiency.\nEscalate major scope, priority, dependency, or delivery issues to the Product Leadership.\nAI & Digital Productivity Expectations\nDemonstrate hands-on use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or other enterprise-approved AI solutions.\nUse AI to accelerate:Requirements discovery and analysis\nUser stories and acceptance criteria\nWireframes and user-flow ideation\nMeeting summaries and action items\nTest-case and UAT scenario creation\nProduct documentation and release communications\nBacklog analysis and prioritization\nProcess and workflow analysis\nResearch and competitive analysis\n\nValidate and refine AI-generated outputs using sound product judgment and business context.\nFollow company policies for data privacy, security, and responsible use of AI.\n 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Product Management, or a related role.\nExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.\nAbility to translate business needs into clear requirements and user stories.\nBasic experience creating wireframes or prototypes \nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across business and technology teams.\nExperience with Jira, Aha, ServiceNow, or similar tools is preferred.\nMobile application experience is preferred but not required.\nDemonstrated interest and experience in using AI tools to improve productivity and product-delivery processes.\nWondering what to expect in starting your career with Clean Harbors?
