LOA Coverage - Revenue Protection & Business Continuity\nBy providing seamless coverage during Leaves of Absence, the role prevents service disruptions, SLA violations, emergency backfills, and premium labor costs.\nThis protects contract revenue and reduces operational risk exposure.\n3. QA/QC Oversight - Margin Protection & Risk Mitigation\nThrough proactive quality assurance and compliance oversight, these managers prevent chargebacks, credits, safety incidents, and regulatory risk.\nTheir oversight reduces rework expenses and supports consistent margin performance across programs.\n4.
