The role will be based out of Bangalore, India within the GCC organization of Clean Harbors. The Senior Business Analyst will report to the Manager of the E-commerce Operations.\nIn this role, you will act as the primary owner of all project and enhancement discussions across Product Owners (IT), IT Development teams, and Business stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end delivery by leading requirement discussions, defining solutions, and ensuring successful execution.\nThis individual will independently manage and drive projects aligned to business priorities, ensuring seamless collaboration between cross-functional teams. The role requires a self-starter with strong ownership mindset, capable of influencing decisions, guiding teams, and acting as a process specialist and functional leader within the organization.\nYou will be expected to understand, define, map, and optimize commercial and e-commerce processes, while ensuring all deliverables meet business expectations and quality standards.\nResponsibilities will include stakeholder management, requirement gathering, BRD creation, solution walkthroughs, test case creation, UAT execution, and cross-functional coordination with IT and business teams.\n Own and lead all project and enhancement discussions with Product Owners (IT), IT teams, and Business stakeholders.\nDrive requirement gathering by engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.\nCreate detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Specifications.\nConduct BRD walkthroughs with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and sign-off.\nTranslate business requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for IT development teams.\nAct as the bridge between Business, Product Owners, IT teams and other cross functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nCreate detailed test cases and test scenarios aligned with business requirements.\nLead and own User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect tracking and resolution.\nCoordinate with IT, stakeholders, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.\nTrack project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively drive resolution.\nAct as a process specialist, understanding end-to-end e-commerce workflows and identifying improvement opportunities.\nDrive process optimization and recommend scalable solutions for business challenges.\nGuide and mentor junior analysts and team members, ensuring adherence to best practices.\nAct as a functional lead/SME, ensuring consistency and quality across deliverables.\nWork independently as a self-starter, taking ownership of initiatives with minimal supervision.\nPrepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.\nSupport release activities, validation, and post-implementation follow-ups.\nAct as a central POC for identifying and driving solutions by proactively engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization, ensuring clear, effective communication and alignment to achieve timely outcomes.\n Key Priorities:\nProject Ownership: As a Senior E-Commerce Business Analyst, owning end-to-end project delivery is a key priority. Define, document, and improve processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.\nTesting & Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality delivery through structured test case creation, Proactively identify opportunities, drive initiatives, and deliver results with minimal supervision.\nQualifications:\nBusiness-related bachelor’s degree\n6-10+ years of experience in Business
