operation around positive displacement blowers, filtration systems, vacuum tanks, and associated equipment\n\nHigh-Pressure Water blasting Training\nDeliver classroom and practical awareness training related to high-pressure and ultra-high-pressure water blasting operations.\nInstruct employees on system components, pump fundamentals, pressure generation, hose management, tooling selection, and operational procedures.\nDemonstrate proper equipment setup, inspection, startup, operation, and shutdown activities.\nReinforce critical safety controls associated with high-pressure water, including exclusion zones, communication requirements, line-of-fire awareness, emergency shutdown procedures, and personal protective equipment requirements.\nFacilitate practical training exercises utilizing water blasting equipment and supporting accessories.\nPromote understanding of hazard recognition and risk mitigation associated with high-pressure operations.\n\nAutomated & Specialty Water blasting Systems Training\nDeliver awareness and operational training on specialty water blasting technologies and automated cleaning systems.\nFacilitate training on automated and semi-automated tooling systems designed to reduce employee exposure to high-pressure hazards.\nDemonstrate proper setup, operation, inspection, and maintenance requirements for specialty tooling and automation systems.\nReinforce safe operating practices associated with remote-operated and automated cleaning technologies.\nSupport organizational initiatives focused on innovation, automation, and exposure reduction within Industrial Services operations.\nCommercial Driver Development\nDeliver training supporting the development of CDL/Class A/Class 1 operators.\nFacilitate instruction related to commercial vehicle inspections, defensive driving, hours-of-service requirements, transportation compliance, and safe vehicle operation.\nConduct practical vehicle familiarization activities and driver development exercises.\nCoach employees on professional driving behaviors and company vehicle operating expectations.\nSupport employees preparing for internal driver qualification requirements and external licensing examinations where applicable.\n\nRegulatory & Compliance Training\nDeliver regulatory and compliance-based training programs as authorized and qualified.\nFacilitate occupational health and safety, environmental, transportation, and industry-specific compliance training.\nEnsure training is delivered in accordance with applicable legislation, certification requirements, and company standards.\nMaintain required instructor certifications and qualifications.\n\nLearner Development & Coaching\nProvide coaching and constructive feedback throughout training activities.\nIdentify employees requiring additional development, support, or remediation.\nCommunicate learner participation, engagement, and readiness observations to leadership as required.\nEncourage safe work habits, accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.\nSupport employee development throughout the onboarding and training process.\n\nTraining Administration\nComplete attendance records, training documentation, learner evaluations, and associated administrative requirements.\nEnsure all training records are completed accurately and submitted within required timelines.\nSupport training audits, compliance reviews, and documentation requirements.\nCoordinate with Training Coordinators to ensure training records remain accurate and current.\n\nEquipment & Training Yard Management\nMaintain training equipment, vehicles, tools, automation systems, and practical learning resources.\nConduct inspections of training equipment and facilities before use.\nSupport setup and teardown of practical exercises and field simulations.\nEnsure training yards and learning environments remain safe, organized, and operationally representative,\n\nContinuous Improvement\nProvide feedback regarding curriculum effectiveness, learner performance trends, and training opportunities.\nSupport development of new industrial services training programs and practical exercises.\nParticipate in instructor development and train-the-trainer initiatives.\nAssist with standardization efforts across all Training Academy locations.\n Education\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nPost-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Adult Education, Operations, Transportation, or a related field is considered an asset.\n\nExperience\n1-5 years of Industrial Services operational experience.\nDemonstrated experience in industrial vacuum operations and/or high-pressure water blasting operations.\nExperience operating commercial vehicles and industrial equipment preferred.\nPrevious training, mentoring, coaching, or leadership experience preferred.\nExperience working with automated cleaning technologies and specialty tooling considered an asset.\n\nCertifications\nClean Driver’s abstract required for light duty fleet operation.\nValid CDL license preferred.\nAbility to obtain and maintain required instructor certifications.\nIndustry-specific certifications as required by assigned training programs.\n\nKnowledge & Skills\nStrong understanding of Industrial Services operations.\nThorough knowledge of
