GST Assessments, Notices & Litigation\nHandle GST notices, audits, assessments, and departmental queries.\nDraft responses and represent the company before GST authorities and consultants where required.\nManage litigation matters and coordinate with external tax advisors and legal counsels.\n3. Tax Advisory & Business Support\nProvide GST advisory support to internal stakeholders across finance, procurement, projects, and commercial teams.\nEvaluate tax implications on contracts, vendor arrangements, and business transactions.\nGuide business teams on structuring transactions for tax efficiency and compliance.\n4. Process Controls & Compliance Management\nEstablish and strengthen internal controls for GST compliance and reporting.\nEnsure periodic reconciliations and compliance reviews.\nSupport internal and statutory audits related to indirect tax matters.\n5. Regulatory Updates\nTrack changes in GST laws, notifications, and circulars and evaluate their impact on the organisation.\nImplement necessary process changes to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.\n6.
