The Opportunity
In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day administration operations while leading a small team to deliver high-quality administrative and customer service support. You’ll help set the standard, keep things running smoothly, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. We’re looking for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership while supporting and guiding others.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising daily administrative operations and supporting team performance
- Providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members
- Ensuring high-quality customer service across phone and email enquiries
- Overseeing customer account setup and maintenance
- Reviewing data entry and ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Building strong working relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
About You
You’re organised, detail-oriented, and confident leading by example. You enjoy supporting others, keeping things on track, and creating a positive team culture. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, don’t mind being hands-on when needed, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience supervising/managing a team
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when working with numbers
- Clear communication skills and a helpful, customer-focused approach.
