The Opportunity

Based on-site at the Alumina Refinery in Pinjarra, with responsibility across two additional sites in Kwinana & Collie, the Administration Team Leader is responsible for leading a team that provides high-quality support in the function of administrative duties, within designated timeframes, whilst ensuring compliance with company requirements. This role is further responsible for directing and executing workflow, improving administration processes where applicable and supporting management in the achievement of business goals and objectives.

This is a full-time, Monday - Friday position. Hours: 7 am - 3.06 pm.

• Monitor the integrity of daily data entry to ensure accuracy for invoicing, reporting and run sheet processes, and that timelines are met
• Ensure effective relationships with other support functions and stakeholders, and hold team members accountable for positive interactions
• Identify opportunities to add value through sharing and improving end-to-end administration processes, including handover points with other functions
• Assist the leadership team in the provision of a consistent approach to administrative service delivery by ensuring knowledge across the team and that agreed timeframes are met consistently

About You

Our ideal candidate will bring demonstrable experience in leading an administrative team, ideally within a heavy industrial environment.

• Invoicing and accounts administration experience
• Experience raising and reconciling supplier purchase orders
• Advanced and highly accurate data entry skills
• Strong Microsoft Excel capability, including:
• XLOOKUP
• VLOOKUP
• SUMIFS
• Pivot Tables
• Experience in influencing and managing expectations across a range of stakeholders
• Strong organisational, written and verbal communication skills
