IS’s people-centred approach ensures the availability of a highly trained workforce that delivers valuable expertise through our specialised service lines such as high-pressure water jetting, resource recovery via vacuum loading, non-destructive digging, hydro demolition and more across base load contract and project scopes.\nThe Opportunity\nBased on-site at the Alumina Refinery in Pinjarra, with responsibility across two additional sites in Kwinana & Collie, the Administration Team Leader is responsible for leading a team that provides high-quality support in the function of administrative duties, within designated timeframes, whilst ensuring compliance with company requirements. This role is further responsible for directing and executing workflow, improving administration processes where applicable and supporting management in the achievement of business goals and objectives.\nThis is a full-time, Monday - Friday position.
