You’ll lead a team of more than 50 employees, supported by four direct reports across operations, administration and the liquid treatment plant.\nThis is an opportunity for an established operational leader who is comfortable managing complexity, leading large frontline teams and building strong relationships with customers, councils and internal stakeholders.
