Leading a team of three finance professionals, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial information while providing timely insights that support informed business decisions.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role where you'll partner with senior commercial stakeholders, coach and develop your team, and help drive strong financial performance across the business. Your key responsibilities will include:\nLead, coach and develop three Finance professionals, building capability and a high-performing team.\nDrive the timely and accurate completion of month-end activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.\nDeliver financial analysis and insights to support an accurate view of business performance and results.\nPartner with senior commercial and operational leaders, providing trusted financial advice and decision support.\nLead and support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities, including analysis of performance and variances.\nOversee financial reporting, periodical accounts and balance sheet reconciliations, supporting statutory and business requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to improve finance processes, accuracy and efficiency while supporting broader team and business objectives.\nAbout You\nYou're an experienced finance professional who combines strong technical capability with commercial thinking and a genuine passion for business partnering.
