Reporting to the Change Manager, you will help shape and deliver practical change strategies that build understanding, drive adoption and embed new ways of working across the business.\nDeliver end-to-end change management activities, including change impact and stakeholder assessments, business engagement, readiness activities and change communications.\nDevelop and execute change and training plans that support successful implementation, adoption and sustained behaviour change.\nEngage and influence stakeholders across the business, facilitating workshops, reference groups, awareness sessions and presentations to support change.\nDesign and deliver practical training and learning materials, including Power BI training, written guides and video content.\nPartner with Data & Analytics and project teams to understand the impact of new dashboards, AI solutions and ways of working, bringing a strong change and user-adoption lens.\nSupport people to confidently use new tools, interpret data and translate insights into action, helping embed lasting changes in behaviour and ways of working.\nAbout You\nYou are a hands-on change professional who enjoys working where people, process and technology come together.
