Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Operations, this role evaluates vendor proposals, analyzes budget variances, resolves commercial issues, and recommends actions to support project delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze project budgets, forecasts, and expenditures; recommend actions to address variances.\nEvaluate vendor proposals and recommend suppliers based on cost, terms, delivery, and risk.\nNegotiate commercial terms within delegated authority and coordinate required approvals.\nReview contracts and change orders; recommend responses to commercial risks and vendor issues.\nInvestigate and resolve nonroutine procurement, invoice, and payment discrepancies.\nApply commercial policies and financial controls, escalating matters outside delegated authority.\nImprove procurement, contract administration, and financial reporting processes.\nPrepare reports highlighting commercial trends, risks, and recommended actions.\nMaintain accurate commercial records and project data in company systems.\nCoordinate agreements, vendor onboarding, and approvals with Legal and business partners.\nPartner with project teams and vendors to resolve commercial issues and support project delivery.\nSupport audits and compliance reviews;
