The HR Generalist will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, helping to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage employee lifecycle activities including new hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.\n\nServe as the first point of contact for employee and supervisor inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.\n\nAdminister HRIS data entry and reporting, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee information, benefits enrollment, and performance records.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer preparation.\n\nCoordinate and conduct onboarding activities, including orientation and integration support for new hires.\n\nSupport compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws; assist in developing, implementing, and communicating HR policies and procedures.\n\nManage compliance-related training programs, such as harassment prevention, safety, and cybersecurity.\n\nGenerate HR metrics and reports (e.g., turnover, headcount, compliance tracking) and provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning.\n\nSupport employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company culture activities.\n\nAssist in employee relations cases and performance management processes by preparing documentation and coordinating with HR leadership.\n\nParticipate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and support company growth.\n\nAdditional duties as assigned.\n\nThis role requires professionalism, respect, strong communication, and the ability to work well with others in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.\n3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-state environment.\nKnowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws;
