We deliver projects for clients in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, biomedical and electronics industries, covering everything from design through installation, testing and handover.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDesign ACMV systems for cleanrooms and controlled environments. This includes heat load and airflow calculations, air change rates, and pressure cascade and temperature/humidity control.\nSelect and size equipment such as AHUs, MAUs, FFUs, HEPA/ULPA filtration, chillers, fans and exhaust systems.\nPrepare and review ACMV drawings, ductwork and piping layouts, schematics and equipment schedules.\nReview client specifications and tender documents, raise technical queries, and support costing and tender submissions.\nCoordinate with electrical, controls, architectural and process teams to resolve interface issues.\nSupervise subcontractors and site installation to make sure work meets drawings and specifications.\nManage material submissions, shop drawings and approvals.\nPlan and carry out testing, adjusting and balancing (TAB), commissioning, and cleanroom certification tests to ISO 14644 (particle count, airflow, pressure, recovery).\nPrepare as-built drawings, O&M manuals and handover documents.\nMake sure designs comply with SS 553, SS 554, SCDF fire code requirements and client standards.\nRequirements\nDegree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.\nGood knowledge of SS 553, SS 554 and ISO 14644.\nProficient in AutoCAD.
