Cleanwater1, Inc., Inc., through its various operating subsidiaries, is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies in the water infrastructure market.\nPure Air is seeking a full-time Associate Media Technician to support production of adsorbent media products used in air purification and odor control systems. This position reports to the Director of Operations and assists with media production, material handling, equipment operation, packaging, documentation, and maintain a safe and organized work environment while developing knowledge of media production processes.\nEssential Job Functions\nAssist with media production activities including blending, mixing, filling, packaging, labeling, and material handling.\nIdentify and handle raw materials and media products according to established procedures and work instructions.\nFollow recipes, batch records, and production instructions under supervision.\nPerform box, module, and canister filling activities while meeting quality and production standards.\nAssist with production setup, cleaning, changeovers, and contamination prevention activities.\nCollect and label samples according to established procedures.\nComplete required documentation accurately.\nMaintain clean, organized, and safe production work areas in accordance with 5S standards.\nIdentify abnormal conditions and promptly notify supervision.\nAssist with inventory movement, material staging, and storage activities.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and participate in training and development activities.\nOperate production equipment and material handling equipment as trained and authorized.\nWork collaboratively with production, warehouse, and other operational teams to support business objectives.\nFollow established safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED equivalent\nAbility to following written and verbal instructions\nAbility to understand and follow safety procedures and PPE requirements\nAbility to perform repetitive production tasks with attention to detail\nBasic math skill sufficient to follow recipes, count inventory, and complete documentation\nAbility to understand labels, production instructions, and essential safety information in English\nReliable attendance and strong work ethic\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\nAbility to safety lift materials and perform physical production activities\nPreferred Qualifications\nPrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial work experience\nExperience working with production equipment or material handling equipment\nForklift certification or willingness to become certified\nExperience following work instructions, batch records, or standard operating procedures\nFamiliarity with ERP or manufacturing systems such as Odoo\nExperience working in a chemical, media, packaging, or industrial production environment\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time\nAbility to regularly lift, move, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to bend, stoop, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions\nAbility to work around production environment, raw materials, and packaged media products\nSpecific vision ability required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus\nWork Environment\nManufacturing and production environment\nRegular exposure to production equipment, raw materials, dust, and packaged products\nUse of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required\nOccasional operation of powered material handling equipment if trained and authorized\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The base salary range for this position is $16.35 and $19.90 per hour. Benefits package and incentives are provided.
