Cleanwater1, Inc., Inc., through its various operating subsidiaries, is one of the most dynamic and fastest growing companies in the water infrastructure market.\nReporting directly to the Direct of Technical Programs, the Project Manager generates technical customer submittals and manufacturing packages, procurement of items needed for product, and production assistance in a fast paced, high variation product mix, build-to-order production working environment. The Project Manager will perform a variety of tasks while leading and directing completion of projects; and work closely with applications, manufacturing, and procurement to keep projects on time and within budget. The Project Manager is a leader who represents PureAir Filtration to the customer and all vendors; therefore, keeps high quality work and customer service at a level of excellence.\nEssential Job Functions\nKeep the Director of Technical Programs up to date on projects and inform of any and all forecasted issues so as to have time to solve them in a timely manner.Keep all relevant and internal departments informed. \n\nWork with Applications Engineering to confirm customer/project requirements are being met and align with budget expectations.\nConduct manufacturing reviews to instruct assembly team on critical quality requirements.\nManage deadlines and budgets among multiple projects.\nReview and manage project/order constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality.\nInteract with the customer on project specifications and details to ensure all objectives and requirements are met.\nPrepare project BOMs and all documentation needed for equipment fabrication.\nPrepare project O&M manuals, including detailed step-by-step operating instructions and troubleshooting guides.\nMaintain positive relationships and ensure effective communication between customers and internal team members are maintained.\nMaintain project/order related materials in the project library/storage system.\nEnsure all project information and requirements are updated in the ERP system daily.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Office etc.)\nAbility to interpret technical drawings, including mechanical, process, and electrical.\nBachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or closely related field from an accredited college or tech school.\nDetailed-oriented, organized, self-starter, and able to handle multiple projects at the same time.\nStrong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to travel up to 15% of the time within the continental US.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience as a project or field engineer.\nExperience in mechanical and electrical equipment designs.\nUp to three years’ experience managing the implementation and support of projects\nFamiliarity with Odoo ERP system.\nAbility to identify and define system design requirements.\nFamiliarity with 2D AutoCAD.\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to sit for long periods of time.\nPhysical ability to perform work in a standing, stooping, sitting, or bending position for extended periods of time.\nRegularly stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop or kneel, talk and hear, and use fingers and hands to feel objects, tools or controls.\nAbility to lift and/or move up to 25lbs.\nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.\nAbility to look at computer monitors for much of the workday.\nWork Environment\nApproximately 90% Office.\nApproximately 10% Industrial - May be exposed to areas of high noise levels and moving equipment\nAppropriate PPE and training will be provided for all conditions.\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. The base salary range for this position is $75,000.00 and $90,000.00 annually. Benefits package and incentives are provided.
