May involve climbing structures that are 100 feet or higher.\nChecks site and reports any issues such as tree blockage and structure issues.\nMaintains sites - trims trees and shrubs, paints signs, clears debris, etc.\nLifts heavy objects, walks and stands for long periods of time and performs strenuous physical labor, sometimes under adverse conditions.\nReports any landlord issues or complaints.\nUses company-issued equipment/systems to read work instructions and inputs data after job is completed.\nTakes photographs of completed job as needed.\nEnsures proper safety and incident procedures are followed.\nOther duties as assigned or requested.\nJob Qualifications:\nEducation and Certifications\nHigh school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience, education, training and military experience.\nValid driver’s license, CDL Class preferred.\nWork Experience\n1-2 years related work experience.\nSkills\nIs highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.\nAble to work independently and in a team environment.\nHas high work standards and attention to detail.\nHas strong organizational and time management skills.\nAble to competently complete required math calculations (e.g, add, subtract, multiply, divide).\nAble to think things through and develop efficient processes.\nAble to compose emails and other written documentation clearly and concisely.\nCompetent in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel and Outlook). \nCompetencies\nInitiative - Dealing with situations and issues proactively and persistently, seizing opportunities that arise.\nAdaptability - Adapting in order to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations, and with diverse individuals and groups.\nPlanning and Organizing - Reaching goals that are central to organizational success by making and following plans and allocating resources effectively.\nDigital Literacy - Engaging with digital technologies to accomplish goals and solve challenges in the workplace.\nFostering Communication - Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.\nPhysical Demands\nThe demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
