Responsibilities include installing copy, performing light maintenance, and conducting standard warehousing activities while ensuring safety compliance.Job Responsibilities\nSafely installs production material on bulletins, posters, and other advertising products (e.g., vinyl products on billboards).\nEnsures proper safety and incident procedures are followed.\nInspects site and reports any issues such as tree blockage or structure issues. Reports such issues via mobile platform (i.e., iOS or Android).\nMaintain sites, trim trees and shrubs, paint signs, clear debris, etc.\nReports any landlord issues or complaints.\nUses company-issued equipment and systems to review work instructions and input data after job is completed.\nTakes photographs of completed job as needed.\nPerforms standard warehousing activities (e.g., receiving, shipping, etc.) as they pertain to billboard copy material, billboard components, and other equipment.\nOther duties as assigned or requested.\nJob Qualifications\nEducation and Certifications\nHigh school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, or military experience.\nWork Experience\nMinimum one year of related work experience (e.g., light/medium construction, work in a delivery-type role)\nSkills\nClimbing structures (up to100 feet or higher) is required.\nCapable of utilizing mobile platforms to perform day-to-day tracking of work tasks, reporting issues, taking photographs, completing forms, and inputting hours worked. \nCompetent in Microsoft Outlook mail.\nIs highly disciplined with ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal\nAbility to complete tasks with minimal supervision.\nCompetencies\nAdaptability: Adapting in order to work effectively in ambiguous or changing situations, and with diverse individuals and groups.\nCollaborating with Others: Working together with others in a cooperative and supportive manner to achieve shared goals.\nConcern for Safety: Identifying hazardous or potentially hazardous situations and taking appropriate action to maintain a safe environment for self and others.\nFostering Communication: Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus.\nInitiative: Dealing with situations and issues proactively and persistently, seizing opportunities that arise.\nPhysical Demands\nThe demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
