The Clear Street UK team is bringing Clear Street’s established equities, options and fixed-income prime brokerage business to a new market.\nThe Role:\nClear Street's International Electronic Execution Services business is growing, and we are looking for an Electronic Sales Trader & Client Support professional to join our London team. You will be embedded within a high-calibre group spanning Electronic Client Coverage, Technologists and Algorithmic Salespeople, and play a central role in supporting and developing our electronic client franchise across Equities and Options.\nThis is a front-line, client-facing role operating at the intersection of technology and capital markets. You will own real-time client support, provide consultative guidance on algorithmic usage, and act as the critical link between our clients, sales, technology and engineering teams.\nResponsibilities:\nProvide real-time support across Clear Street's algorithmic execution platform, handling both technical and functional client queries across equities and listed options.\nAct as the primary liaison between technology, support and sales teams, fostering a collaborative environment to deliver outstanding client\nIdentify, triage and remediate technical issues promptly, coordinating across support, technology and engineering functions as required.\nTake full ownership of client incidents from initial triage through to resolution, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and effective multi-team\nDeliver exceptional service to both internal stakeholders and external clients, maintaining clear and timely communication\nServe as a knowledgeable resource on FIX protocol, order types and execution venue connectivity, liaising directly with exchanges, ATS and other execution venues.\nSupport the growth of the electronic business by providing consultative guidance on platform usage, best execution practices and algorithmic strategy\n\nSkills required:\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience supporting an equity/options algorithmic trading platform in a client-facing environment\nDemonstrable experience in risk management across equities and listed options.\nStrong working knowledge of FIX protocol across both asset\nSolid command of Transaction Cost Analysis (TCA) and fundamental execution quality metrics.\nOptions trading experience is an important component of this\nDetailed understanding of current European and global market structure, including lit and dark venues, periodic auctions and\nFamiliarity with Python, AWS or Snowflake for data querying and analysis.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical\n\nWe Offer:\nAt Clear Street, we offer competitive compensation packages, company equity, pension, gender neutral parental leave, and full medical and dental insurance.
