This position supports PMO operations and provides strategic advice, guidance, monitoring, assurance, and education on program and project execution to consulting teams at all levels. Additionally, the Project Manager contributes to the development and maintenance of a reporting framework that emphasizes value-added insights and the early identification of risks and issues across all consulting engagements. \nSPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \nProject Coordination & Delivery \nManage multiple client-facing healthcare cybersecurity consulting engagements, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget. \nSupport the PMO through effective implementation of governance standards, processes, and supporting technologies. \nPartner with Consulting Services colleagues to develop detailed project and program plans. \nTrack project progress and performance, identifying and reporting risks or issues related to timeline, budget, or deliverable quality. \nLead regular internal and external meetings, manage communications, and maintain a high level of professionalism and client service. \nDevelop and maintain project management tools, templates, and documentation to support consistent delivery. \nClient & Stakeholder Engagement \nServe as a key point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, coordinating activities across engagements. \nEnsure clear communication of project expectations and deliverables with all stakeholders. \nProactively identify and escalate issues related to client satisfaction, internal operations, or team performance. \nResource & Operational Management\nCoordinate internal resources in collaboration with Project Owners/Leads to ensure successful execution of consulting projects. \nConfirm full execution of Statements of Work (SOWs) to support timely revenue recognition. \nDeliver training and support for Consulting Services processes, responding to internal and external requests as needed. \nAnalyze, document, and improve operational processes within Consulting Services, promoting standardization and efficiency. \nFinancial Management & Reporting (Project Management Tool) \nMaintain accurate and timely updates in the project management system to support revenue forecasting, including scheduling, budgeting, and hours tracking. \nMonitor project milestones and customer acceptance to ensure proper revenue recognition. \nCollaborate with Finance to resolve any issues related to invoicing or revenue reporting. \nProvide monthly backlog analysis and support project close-out procedures.\nContribute to reporting on key performance metrics, including bookings, delivered revenue, attach rate, utilization, and project volume. \nPerform other duties within the scope of the role as assigned. \n EXPERIENCE REQUIRED \n5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing successful projects from inception to completion. \nA minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role. \nExperience in leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and delivering projects within scope and quality standards. \nQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE \nBachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. \nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent project management certification preferred. \nExperience working with leadership teams and understanding the dynamics of evolving services organizations. \nExperience with resource management and scheduling. \nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce. \nExperience with Certinia’s Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools is a plus. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects. \nExcellent organizational and time management skills. \nSound decision-making and good judgment under pressure. \nAbility to perform in time-sensitive and high-pressure environments. \nAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, constantly changing setting. \nStrong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum certifications) to enhance expertise and maintain industry relevance. \nAttend industry conferences, workshops, and seminars to stay updated on project management best practices, new tools, and emerging trends. \nContinuous improvement is expected, with regular evaluations of project performance, feedback loops, and post-project assessments to ensure lessons learned are applied in future projects. \nThe base salary range for this role is $85,000.00- 115,000.00 Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick time.
