The Program Manager will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery capabilities across the organization. \n\nWhat This Role Does: \nLeads end-to-end program management across multiple related projects, ensuring alignment to strategic business objectives. \nDevelops and maintains integrated program plans, including schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation. \nOversees product development lifecycle stages, ensuring readiness and approval at each phase (Stage Gate governance). \nManages program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking (CapEx/OpEx). \nManages capacity, resource constraints, and competing priorities across projects within the program. \nDrives program decision making and alignment with the business ensuring compliance regulation is met across projects. \nMatrix management of project managers. \nPrepares operational readiness plan to ensure sustained adoption across the organization as projects are implemented. \nDrives project delivery of project milestones in alignment with strategy plan. \nSupports Strategy Business Partner with vendor management pertinent to the programs. \nCollaborates closely with the Strategy Business Partner, Stakeholders, and Project teams. \nPartners with Product Managers and Business Owners to support the development, deployment, and delivery of product and service. \nCollaborates with engineering, architecture, and IT teams to ensure coordinated execution across technical workstreams. \nIdentifies and manages cross-team dependencies, ensuring alignment across multiple functions and teams. \nMonitors program health through KPIs and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders. \nLeads risk, issue, and escalation management, including diagnosing challenges and driving resolution strategies. \nDrives operational readiness and change management efforts to support successful implementation and adoption. \nProvides cross-functional leadership and influence to achieve program objectives without direct authority. \nEnsures programs are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline constraints. \nOversees deployment and integration activities, ensuring successful product release and adoption. \nContributes to the development and maturity of PMO methodologies, tools, templates, and governance frameworks. \nPromotes continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, innovation, and delivery effectiveness. \nPerforms other duties as assigned. \n\nWhat You Will Bring: \nA bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field is required; a master’s degree in business administration or project management is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered. \nA minimum of eight (8) years of experience in program management, project management, or technical delivery roles, with emphasis on technology and product development is required, 10 years is preferred. \nA minimum of three (3) years of most recent experience managing programs in the telecom industry in one of the following areas: mobile, IoT devices, telephony services. \nDemonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional programs across multiple teams and business units. \nDemonstrate ability to manage more than one program simultaneously. \nStrong knowledge of: \nSoftware Development Lifecycle (SDLC) \nAgile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) \nStage Gate / execution governance frameworks \nProven ability to manage program budgets, financials, and resource planning. \nExcellent facilitation and leadership skills, with the ability to drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues. \nExperience defining, tracking, and reporting program performance metrics. \nExperience leading programs involving: \nTelecom Transformation Programs \nInfrastructure Programs \nCloud Migrations \nDemonstrated ability to lead through influence and collaboration, including mentoring others, leading initiatives or workstreams, contributing to best practices, and driving cross-functional outcomes. \nStrong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization including executive communication. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office tools and modern collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, Slack). \nSelf-starter with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \nAbility to work collaboratively to foster a results-driven, team-oriented environment. \nDemonstrated ability to use discretion, make sound decisions, and maintain confidentiality. \nWillingness and ability to work flexible hours as needed and travel up to 10%, which may include occasional overnight travel. \nPreferred: \nExperience working as a Project Manager, Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst. \nExperience in telecommunications and/or compliance-driven environments. \nActive PMP or PgMP certification (PMI). \nAgile training and/or certification. \n\nPhysical Demands: \nIn accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state and local laws, the Company will provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with documented disabilities to enable them to perform the essential functions of the job, unless such accommodations would impose an undue hardship.
