troubleshoots issues to determine cause and solution\nUtilize and operate within selected property/facility/ticket management tools and applications as needed, ensuring documentation is updated, correct, and tickets are completed accurately and efficiently\nWhat we are expecting from you:\nA High School degree or higher education\nGeneral knowledge of building maintenance supported by a minimum of five (5) years of previous work in Engineering/Maintenance in a commercial real estate environment is desired\nWorks well with others and has good communication and customer service skills\nMust be able to pass a background check and drug screen;
