company\nSkilled in accounting system implementation, audits, and content management\nOrganized and able to communicate with internal and external parties\n Experienced with accounting standards and complex intercompany transactions\nA day in the life:\nCompleting and reviewing full-charge bookkeeping and accounting functions across LLCs and related entities\nReconcile intercompany transactions and ensure accurate consolidation of financials\nPrepare and post journal entries, accruals, and month-end adjustments across multiple entities\nPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements\nManage indirect cost rate development (fringe, overhead, G&A) and ensure compliance with FAR and CAS\nProcess accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and billing for various federal/commercial contracts, across multiple entities\nGenerate and review invoices in compliance with contract terms\nSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis for each entity\nCollaborate with managers to ensure accurate job costing and labor allocation\nAssisting in payroll actives as needed\nWhat we are expecting from you:\nA Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business, Accounting or Finance from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience is required\nA minimum of eight (8) years of related professional experience is required\nA working knowledge of systems including Unanet and Paycom\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and ability to learn additional company selected software with ability to adapt to changing software\nWorking knowledge of GAAP, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)\nExperience with multi-entity accounting & financials\nNice to have:\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) certification or in progress certification\nMicrosoft Office Specialist certification in
