You'll report to our Global People Director and work closely with our Talent Acquisition colleague in Vietnam.\nwhat you'll do\nOwn hiring end to end across EMEA and the US, from sourcing to offer, so hiring managers get great people, fast\n\nShape roles with hiring managers before the search starts: sharp adverts, clear criteria, and interviews that test capability, values and potential\n\nGive every candidate a clear, responsive, human experience\n\nUse our ATS, data and AI tools to hire smarter, and report on pipeline, time-to-hire and quality of hire\n\nBe the first point of contact for People queries across EMEA and the US, and coach managers through everyday employee relations, performance, absence and policy questions\n\nApply UK employment law with confidence, keep our HR data accurate, and help us stay compliant across countries\n\nOwn onboarding for new joiners globally, so every first day, week and month is clear and memorable\n\nChampion tech and AI across People-Spot what slows us down and fix it, with AI and self-serve resources that help colleagues in every time zone get answers without waiting.\n\nwhat you'll bring\n3+ years in an HR Advisor or similar generalist role, ideally in tech, SaaS or eCommerce\n\nHands-on experience owning recruitment end to end, with a sharp eye for talent\n\nWorking knowledge of UK employment law\n\nConfidence with HR systems, ATS platforms and AI tools. You look for the smarter way and bring others with you\n\nClear, concise writing.
