In this role, you will partner with program management, marketing, and IT stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs, monitor platform performance, and maintain the accuracy of the systems and content that drive customer interactions. You will translate high-level business questions into analysis and reporting, pulling data from multiple systems to evaluate home assessment recommendation logic, marketplace pricing trends, and program performance. In this role you will present findings that help management ensure the platforms deliver value to clients and homeowners and will coordinate with multiple initiative managers across our local team.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nProactively partner with program, marketing, and IT stakeholders to ensure data and reporting needs are met, serving as the primary point of contact for data and reporting issues.\nMonitor Assessment and Marketplace transactions and trends, analyzing user behavior to identify improvement opportunities in recommendation content or logic.\nCreate Power BI reports and dashboards that visualize Assessment and Marketplace trends for management, and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables.\nConduct ad hoc queries and analysis for program and marketing teams, including seasonal analysis to support timely updates to Assessment content.\nSupport marketing with data pulls and automation of Assessment re-engagement campaigns, applying knowledge of survey logic and customer grouping to inform follow-up offer recommendations.\nMaintain reference documentation for current recommendation tile logic, and manage content and logic updates within the platform to ensure accuracy.\nManage the ongoing data quality and integrity of marketplace and program systems, including sales records, discount code data, and data clean-up and sync requests.\nForecast product sales across all transactions and discount code usage on the marketplace.\nDesign and lead UAT procedures for Marketplace and Assessment system changes to validate data and reporting accuracy before deployment.\nProvide knowledge transfer and training to other team members on core reporting functionality and data logic.\nEducation, Experience and Skills\nAbility to be a business thought partner, finding ways to use data analytics to improve program and marketplace performance.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with an understanding of sales, pricing, and program data.\nExperience with Power BI or similar reporting/analytical applications.\nExperience designing business intelligence solutions for program, marketplace, or sales data.\nExperience with Magento or similar CMS/e-commerce platforms preferred.\nExperience with UAT design and execution for system/platform changes preferred.\nDeep experience with data quality assessment and implementing solutions to improve data quality.\nDemonstrated ability to work across different platforms and applications, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems.\nKnowledge of residential building science principles preferred.\nBachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant work experience, with preference given to work in energy efficiency or a related field.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nTarget Compensation:\n$80,000/annual\nDOT Requirements\nIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.\nCompensation Range\n$62,700.00 - $94,100.00Currency\nUSDType\nSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.\nCLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
