Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Driver to support our Appliance Recycling program. In this role, you will operate a 26-ft box truck to service multiple customer locations each day, working closely with a team to safely remove large appliances. The ideal candidate is physically capable, customer-oriented, and flexible with scheduling, including occasional extended days and overnight travel. This position requires working in a variety of environments and weather conditions while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and customer service.

Successful candidates will reside in the Denver, CO area.

You’re a great fit if you can…

• Safely operate a 26-ft box truck to multiple customer locations daily.

• Work as part of a team to remove large appliances from customers homes using dollies, team lifts or other safe methods.

• Maintain schedule flexibility, including extended days and occasional overnight travel (up to once per month).

• Perform physical job tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, bending, and crouching.

• Work outdoors and indoors in all weather conditions.

Exciting candidates will have…

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• At least 21 years of age.

• Strong customer service skills.

• DOT medical card (assistance available at offer stage if needed).

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

• Resides within a reasonable commuting distance of Denver.

Target Compensation

$26/ hour

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commerciallocations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
