This role will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, oversee cross-functional teams, and ensure program performance, profitability, and strategic alignment from launch through completion.\nWhat You Will Do\nLead the execution and management of one or more client programs and contracts, typically generating $2M-$5M in annual revenue.\nServe as the primary client relationship manager, ensuring contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and successful program outcomes.\nDevelop and manage program plans, budgets, schedules, forecasts, and performance metrics.\nCoordinate and lead cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, software development, marketing, analytics, and other key stakeholders.\nRegularly and clearly communicate with field-based account managers, ensuring project completion.\nDrive program performance by identifying risks, resolving issues, and implementing effective solutions.\nFacilitate client meetings and executive reviews to discuss program progress, financial performance, timelines, and deliverables.\nPartner with internal and external stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, support new business development, and expand program offerings.\nEvaluate market trends, customer needs, and program results to recommend enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.\nOversee resource allocation and ensure adherence to contractual requirements, milestones, and organizational objectives.\nLead and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.\nContribute to the creation of technical content, best practices, and intellectual property that supports program success and innovation.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.\n5-8 years of program, project, or client management experience managing complex initiatives.\n2+ years of people leadership experience with responsibility for coaching, mentoring, and performance management.\nProven success managing client-facing programs, contracts, budgets, and cross-functional teams.\nStrong financial acumen with experience overseeing program profitability, forecasting, and operational performance.\nExceptional relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and customer focus.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing utility, energy efficiency, sustainability, engineering, technology, or consulting programs.\nDemonstrated ability to lead programs involving significant complexity, organizational change, or new client implementations.\nExperience supporting business development, contract negotiations, or strategic growth initiatives.\nExperience using project management and CRM software including Salesforce, monday.com, Microsoft Excel and PowerBI.\nWhile this role is remote, there is a high preference for a candidate based in or near Michigan. \nDOT Requirements\nIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.\nCompensation Range\nCurrency\nType\nSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.\nCLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
