This role will serve as a key business partner to operational and regional leaders, providing actionable financial insights that support strategic decision-making and operational excellence.\nThe Finance Manager will own critical financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting, variance analysis, and financial performance reviews. Additionally, this leader will oversee a small team, develop finance talent, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data used by executive leadership.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis\nPrepare and distribute monthly consolidated financial performance reports, summarizing results by region and business line.\nDevelop monthly management reporting packages that clearly communicate business performance, key trends, and variances to budget, forecast, and prior year results.\nAnalyze revenue, operating expenses, and capital expenditures, identifying financial risks, opportunities, and recommended corrective actions.\nPerform detailed variance analysis and reconciliations against forecasts and annual operating plans.\nForecasting, Budgeting & Planning\nLead the consolidated forecasting and annual budgeting processes across multiple regions and business lines.\nPartner with operational and business leaders to develop accurate financial projections and support strategic decision-making.\nMonitor financial performance throughout the year and provide recommendations to achieve financial objectives.\nEnsure consistency and accuracy of financial submissions from regional and business line finance teams.\nControllership & Close Process\nManage the monthly close process, including preparation and review of accruals, reclassification entries, and other adjustments necessary to ensure financial accuracy.\nMaintain ownership of below-the-line bookings and associated forecasts, ensuring completeness and compliance with financial reporting requirements.\nPrepare Income Statement (IS) and Balance Sheet (BS) reporting used in the calculation and reporting of Credit EBITDA.\nPartner with accounting and finance teams to ensure strong financial controls and reporting integrity.\nBusiness Development & Contract Reporting\nProduce and maintain new business reporting, including bookings, pipeline conversion metrics, and related performance indicators.\nManage and report on the contract database, including tracking won contract values and business growth metrics.\nProvide analysis of sales performance and business development trends to support growth initiatives.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nLead, coach, and develop finance professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative team environment.\nBuild strong partnerships with operational, commercial, and executive leadership teams to support strategic and financial objectives.\nDrive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting methodologies, and planning tools.\nQualifications\nRequired Experience\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.\n7-10 years of progressive finance, FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance experience.\n1-2 years of experience leading and developing teams.\nDemonstrated experience owning the budget, forecast, and financial reporting cycle for a business unit, function, or organization.\nStrong experience preparing executive-level financial reporting and performance analysis.\nProven ability to partner effectively with operational leaders and influence business decisions through data-driven insights.\nExperience managing monthly close processes and financial reporting requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant financial certification.\nExperience in professional services, energy, sustainability, consulting, or project-based organizations.\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and enterprise financial systems.\nExperience working with large datasets and business intelligence/reporting tools.\nDOT Requirements\nIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.\nCompensation Range\n$86,300.00 - $129,400.00Currency\nUSDType\nSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.\nCLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
